This large, modern villa is the perfect get away for all the family. It is located close to the sandy blue flag beaches on the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor. The villa has 3 bedrooms on two floors, 2 bathrooms and 4 large patio spaces. It has its own private pool, outside dining area with BBQ, and plenty of space to relax and sunbath.
The spacious open plan living a dining room boast a large smart TV and the kitchen area has all that you would need for your holiday stay. The villa is both stylish and cozy with large sliding patio doors opening out on the downstairs patio and pool area.
On the ground floor there is a large bedroom, with a walk in wardrobe and plenty of room for a cot if needed. It also has direct access to another large secluded downstairs patio area which is the perfect place to sit and relax. Adjacent to this first bedroom there is a modern ground floor bathroom, with a walk in shower.
On the first floor you will find 2 more bedrooms. The first is spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and has large patio doors that open out onto an upstairs front terrace.
